Based in Toronto, Hudson Christie sparked his illustration career with clay & paper dioramas, hand-built and photographed in his cluttered bedroom studio. Upon graduation from OCAD U, he gained attention from the likes of The New York Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, and The New Yorker. 

A hybrid result of self-taught stop-motion technique and modern 3D modelling, Hudson’s illustration work has earned him three National Magazine Awards and a 2021 feature in the illustration industry magazine, 3x3.
